How many times can I redeem a FREE Gift?

Only one FREE Gift can be redeemed per person. For avoidance of doubt, a “person” is classified as an individual with a unique postal address.

If multiple promotional Marigold packs are bought at the same time and are included on the same receipt, one FREE Gift can be redeemed per person (in or not in the same household) for each promotional pack.

ISSUES / PROBLEMS

I have purchased a promotional pack but my code is not working/is damaged/is not there, what do I do?

I did not keep my receipt, can I still redeem a FREE Gift?
Arrow
You may still redeem your FREE Gift but we may request your receipt at any time, as is stated in the T&Cs of this promotion. If you are unable to show proof of purchase when requested to do so, you may not be able to redeem your Gift. To avoid disappointment please keep your receipt.
My FREE Gift is a manicure worth up to £20 but my manicure costs more than this, can I still use my FREE Gift?

Yes, you will receive a £20 cheque so you will be able to put this towards the manicure of your choice.
I have redeemed my FREE Gift but I have not received an email, what do I do?

The email with details of how and when you will receive your FREE Gift should reach you shortly after you have filled out the form and redeemed your gift on the microsite.

If you still have not received an email after a couple of hours, please check your JUNK or SPAM folder first. If you can't find it there, email Marigold@madabouthandling.com and we will be able to help you further.
What happens if there is a problem with the promotional website?
